When a valid deletion request is processed, we will remove active account records and saved learning content reasonably connected to your account. This may include saved notes, uploads, extracted text, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, Learning Maps, implementation plans, reflections, and progress history.
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your account access and saved learning content cannot normally be restored.
11. Security
We use reasonable organisational, administrative, and technical measures designed to protect personal information and user-submitted content from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no website, internet connection, email service, cloud system, AI provider, upload service, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
