It helps users capture learning inputs, organise ideas, identify what matters, and turn selected learnings into focused action.

The platform may help users work with screenshots, voice notes, links, personal notes, book insights, course lessons, AI conversations, learning maps, implementation plans, action steps, reflections, and progress records.

Knowledge Into Action is not a medical, therapy, counselling, legal, financial, tax, investment, business-advisory, or crisis-support service.

  • Aadhaar, PAN, passport, voter ID, or other government-identification details.
  • Confidential employer information.
  • Confidential workplace information.
  • Confidential client information.
  • Trade secrets.
  • Private information about another person without their permission.
  • Entire paid courses, complete books, full copyrighted PDFs, full videos, or other third-party material unless you have permission, a licence, or another lawful basis to upload and process it.

When you choose to use AI-assisted features:

  • The information you choose to submit may be processed to generate the feature you requested.
  • AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, general, misleading, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
  • AI output may not fully reflect the original source content.
  • AI output is for educational, organisational, and productivity purposes only.
  • AI output is not medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, career, business, or other professional advice.
  • You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on or acting on it.
  • You may choose not to use AI-assisted features.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right, permission, licence, consent, or lawful basis to upload and process content through Knowledge Into Action.

The platform does not grant you ownership of content created by other people.

The platform does not grant you rights to reproduce, distribute, share, sell, publish, teach from, or commercially use third-party books, paid courses, videos, PDFs, articles, screenshots, workplace material, client material, or other copyrighted content.

7. Third-Party Technology Providers

We may use third-party technology providers to help operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve Knowledge Into Action.

When your account is deleted, we will remove your account and associated personal information from active platform records, subject to limited retention for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, and ordinary backup purposes.

10. Manage or Delete Your Account

You may request to:

  • Correct inaccurate account information.
  • Update your account details.
  • Delete your account and saved learning content.
  • Withdraw consent for optional marketing messages.
  • Raise a privacy concern.

For security, please send the request from the email address connected to your Actuply account.

When a valid deletion request is processed, we will remove active account records and saved learning content reasonably connected to your account. This may include saved notes, uploads, extracted text, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, Learning Maps, implementation plans, reflections, and progress history.

Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your account access and saved learning content cannot normally be restored.

11. Security

We use reasonable organisational, administrative, and technical measures designed to protect personal information and user-submitted content from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no website, internet connection, email service, cloud system, AI provider, upload service, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Knowledge Into Action may use cookies, session tools, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in.
