1. Purpose
This policy explains what kinds of content you may upload to Knowledge Into Action, what you must not upload, and how Actuply responds to copyright complaints.
2. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right, permission, licence, consent, or other lawful basis to upload and process any content you submit to Knowledge Into Action, including screenshots, images, PDFs, documents, voice notes, audio files, links, course lessons, book insights, and other third-party material.
Knowledge Into Action is a personal productivity and implementation tool. It is not a content-sharing, content-distribution, or content-licensing platform.
3. What You May Upload
- Your own personal notes, ideas, and reflections.
- Your own voice notes and recordings.
- Short personal excerpts, insights, or summaries from books, courses, articles, or videos that you have lawfully accessed, used for personal learning and implementation.
- Links to publicly available resources that you want to capture for your own use.
- Screenshots you have the right to capture and process for your own personal learning.
4. What You Must Not Upload
- Complete paid courses, full books, full copyrighted PDFs, full videos, or other substantial third-party material that you do not have permission to copy or process.
- Confidential workplace, employer, or client information.
- Trade secrets or proprietary information that belongs to another party.
- Government identification, banking, or payment information about yourself or others.
- Private information about another person without their permission.
- Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or harmful.
5. AI Processing of Uploaded Content
When you ask Knowledge Into Action to organise, summarise, categorise, or generate implementation plans from your content, the content you choose to submit may be processed by AI-assisted technology to produce the feature you requested. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process that content in this way.
6. No Content-Sharing or Distribution
Knowledge Into Action does not enable you to publish, republish, resell, teach from, or distribute third-party content. The platform is for your personal use to organise learnings and turn them into action.
7. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content uploaded to Knowledge Into Action by another user infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@actuply.com with the subject line Copyright Complaint and include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Information sufficient for us to identify the allegedly infringing content.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
8. Removal and Account Action
If we reasonably determine that content infringes copyright, violates this policy, or breaches our Terms of Use, we may remove the content, suspend access, or terminate the relevant account. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account termination.
